How long will it take for my order to process?
For items that are in stock, please allow up to 3 business days for processing on standard shipping. For orders placed with an expedited shipping rate, please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing.Custom items need 5 workdays.so Fulfillment Orders are shipped within 5 workdays.Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email including tracking number(s) for your order.

PS:because our warehouse at China,if you need your order arrive in a week, we can not promise this, advice you can Find a local retailer to see if they might have what you’re looking for in stock!
YANWEN is our lcoal preferred carrier.when package arrive your country. the carrier will be transfer to your local famous carrier, such in US is USPS and so on. If you choose express shipping. the carrier will be UPS/DHL/FEDEX.
PS: we will give you tracking number and track site. you can see your order newest tracking status anytime.
Will I be charged duty and tax?
For the majority of our orders import fees are not collected. We strive to make sure import fees are prevented, in rare circumstances when it does happen Luxury Throw Blanket is not responsible for any custom charges made in the country of destination.
Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?
To get your items to you ASAP, we sometimes need to ship different items from different locations like our multiple distribution centers.

Fefund
How do I cancel an order for a refund?
Due to the special quality of our small batch production, should you need to cancel or change your order for any reason, please notify us within 24 hours of order placement via the Contact Us form.

Can I return an item for a refund?
Yes. In the rare case you’re not 100% satisfied with supplies, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 30 days from the moment it was received(the shipping fees will be payed by the customer). . Alternatively we can issue you a store credit to place another order.
*Only defective or regular priced items can be fully refunded. All other returns will be reimbursed as store credit.
To return a product simply email us at [email protected] to receive the back instructions.
- Send at [email protected] 2 -3 pictures of the item(s) along with the reason for return within 15 workdays from receipt. Insert the order number like #3008 in the email subject.
- Once you receive the shipping back address, you may ship the product(s) via a courier of your choice within 15 workdays of receiving the product. We suggest providing tracking number for any returns, as lost in return items are not eligible for reimbursements.
- Once the item is returned at our warehouse you will receive a refund notification. Please allow 2-7 working days for the transaction to appear on your account.
In the rare case you receive a clearly defective product or the product was shipped in a different size than the one ordered, Luxurythrowblanket will support the return costs to our warehouse. If the product(s) is returned for other reason than that, the buyer will support the cost of returning the good(s).
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of returned goods.
Exchange
If you change your mind about a product you purchased from us online and need exchange, we will provide exchange service, subject to the following conditions:
- Products purchased can be returned for exchange by the customer with proof of purchase;
- The items must not be seconds, samples, customised personalised items or gift cards;
- Where possible all refunds will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise an alternative refund tender will be offered;
- Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached);
- You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return
Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.
